Falcon acts as an intermediary between the interested company and the candidates applying for vacant jobs .The coordinates between both parties to arrange the interviews ,giving the interested company representatives the chance to test the applicant through a special committee to determine if he/she is qualified for the job offer.
After the agreement between both parties ,Falcon follows up with the candidates and help him/her finishing his/her paper work ,getting his/her certificates and get their passports to apply their visas to the councils (with formal delegation from their side ) in the minimal time and then assist the candidates to travel in the required time.
Falcon offers the employees tickets either air ,land or sea transportation ,and get the fees from your company as soon as the employee get to the work site.
Falcon certifies the scientific degrees of the candidates selected and makes sure that they deliver them to your company as soon as they get to the work site ( other than the copies our company sent to your company before).
Falcon does the medical checkups required for the candidates and gives them a copy to be delivered to your company as soon as they get to the work site ( other than the copies our company sent to your company before).
Falcon certifies the contracts sent from your company to each candidate and then gives them their copy and send your copy back .
Falcon helps the candidates to finish all the paperwork required to bring their families to insure their psychological comfort.
Falcon facilitates the stay of your company owners and senior officials as they visit Cairo. This includes meet & assist at the airport, transportation from airport to the hotel or place of residence, and also assist them in any requirements ( other than work ) during their stay in Cairo. These services are offered for free except the cost of the stay and residence.
