1. Guard’s selection Criteria

• At least preparatory education
• Champion in any defensive sports
• 22 to 35 years old
• Not less than 170 cm

2. Guards have to pass the following examinations and tests

• Medical checkup ( chronic disease, drugs and alcoholic….etc) addition to impromptu check up after hiring
• IQ and reaction tests
• Fitness Tests
• Interview
• Providing clear Criminal record, whilst falcon dies its own inspection (Accommodation, relatives, neighbors, pervious work)

3. Industrial security

• Provide training on self protection and putting out fire
• Putting a plan for insurance and emergency evacuation
• Ability to train company’s employees on industrial security
• Providing the required numbers of guards trained on industrial security and putting out fires
• Getting all industrial security certificates required
• Provide all the required technical consultation in the industrial security
